The government plans to launch the Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System (JKHRMs) in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to provide an integrated platform for various employee-related services, such as keeping track of service records, postings, and promotions.   • Please open the Website by entering “hrms.jk.gov.in” as the Address.
  • Select the Employee Registration option. Provide the same employee id, cell phone number, and date of birth in the verification code field that was previously submitted in the current CPIS Portal.

  • A one-time password (OTP) will be issued to the cellphone number you registered with. The OTP is only valid for a period of 10 minutes.
  • Enter the OTP, and then change the password to something more convenient for you. The passwords has to meet the following requirements: it must be at least 8 characters long; it must include at least one capital letter (A-Z); it must contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z); it must contain at least one digit (0-10)
