- Category 2: Districts with 8 to 11 blocks
- Category 3: Districts with less than 8 blocks
Top health workers and teams from these groups will be chosen based on clear and fair assessments.
State and District Committee Setup
The government has set up committees at both state and district levels to manage this scheme. The state committee includes campaign directors, NHM chairpersons, and administrative officers. The district committee is led by the District Collector and includes various health and program officers. These committees will meet regularly to suggest healthcare workers and teams for awards to the NHM campaign director, who will make the final selections.
