What Incentives Does Gujarat Anna Brahma Yojana Offer?
- BPL (Below Poverty Line) families receive Rs. 1,000 in April.
- Electricity duty charges are lowered for BPL families, charging only Rs. 1.50 for 50 units (previously 30 units).
- Small industries, factories, and MSMEs get a waiver on fixed electricity bill charges for April.
- Financial support of Rs. 30 to 35 crore is given to gaushalas and cattle ponds.
- Rs. 25 per animal support for gaushalas and cattle ponds provided for April 2024.
- Advance allowances for pensioners, senior citizens, widows, and persons with disabilities.
- Rs. 221 crore has been directly deposited into the bank accounts of over 13 lakh people.
- Businesses and MSMEs have been told to pay salaries and wages without cuts during the lockdown period.
