Assam Gunotsav 2024 – The Gunotsav 2024 fifth round is scheduled to take place between January 3, 2024, and February 9, 2024. There will be three phases to Gunotsav’s organization, which will encompass 31 districts. The Gunotsav 2024 schedule was released by the Samagra Shiksha Assam (SSA) mission director. Eleven districts—Barpeta, Karimganj, Kamrup, Karbi Anglong, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Sibsagar, South Salmara-Mancachar, and Udalguri will be covered in the first phase, as per the schedule. The external evaluation will take place on January 4, 5, and 6, 2024, and the self-evaluation for the first Gunotsav phase will take place on January 3, 2024.
Assam Gunotsav 2024
The Assam government introduced a number of initiatives to guarantee high-quality education throughout the state, but Gunotsav gained significant traction the year before. This initiative was started with the goal of improving the educational system by assessing the knowledge of students from every school in every Assamese district. Through prompt, consistent feedback and assistance, the Assam Gunotsav 2024 will promote student learning and result in better learning outcomes. This widely supported project will take place in three stages between January 3, 2024, and February 9, 2024, with certain districts involved in each step.
Latest Update – Gunotsav 2024 began on January 3 and will run until February 8 to evaluate and improve the state’s 35 school districts’ overall level of instruction. In addition to KGBVs, Residential Schools, Adarsha Institutions, 43,498 Government, Provincialized, Tea Garden Model Schools, Vidyalayas, and Tea Garden Management Schools will also be included in the review. 39, 63,542 kids from classes 1st to 9th are expected to participate extensively in this extensive program. 18,098 External Evaluators who are grouped according to enrolment numbers will be strategically placed throughout the state to ensure that the assessment is carried out precisely. This covers 250 for IEEs, 251 to 499 for 2EEs, and enrollment of 500 and higher, with 10% set aside for 3EEs.

Assam Gunotsav 2024 Objective

Assam Gunotsav 2024 Guidelines
The important guidelines are as follows:
- There will be two different kinds of evaluations i.e., Self-evaluation 1 and External evaluation 2
- 90% of marks will be awarded for academic work, 5% for co-curricular activities, and 5% for community service.
- 42, 76,881 students from Classes I through VIII are covered.
- The purpose of the Gunotsav 2024 Question Paper is to analyse educational strengths, identify learning gaps, and enhance education.
