- Both skilled and unskilled workers recently got a Rs 1,000 raise in their base salary.
- Half of the Gram Sevika Junior posts will be reserved for anganwadi workers who have 10 years of service, class 10 education, and have completed a three-month training program.
- The government also plans to fill half of the Multi-Tasking Staff (Group C) positions from contingent and casual workers who have served more than 15 years.
