Parts of Aatm Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan 3.0
- This campaign has three parts. The first part focuses on the North East region with a fund allocation of Rs. 200 crore. Assam has been given Rs. 450 crore considering its population and area.
- The second part covers all other states not included in the first part, with Rs. 7500 crore allocated.
- The third part has Rs. 2000 crore set aside for states that implement at least three of the four main reforms: One Nation One Ration Card, Ease of Doing Business, Urban Local Bodies/Utility Reforms, and Power Sector Reforms.

12 Schemes Launched Under Aatm Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan 3.0
Aatm Nirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana
This scheme focuses on creating more jobs in the organised sector and getting more workers into the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) scheme. It is valid till 30 June 2025. Only companies registered with EPFO can benefit. Companies with less than 1000 employees will get 12% contribution from both employee and employer (total 24%) by the government. Companies with more than 1000 employees will get 12% contribution from the government on employee’s share. To qualify, you need an EPF account linked with Aadhaar.

Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS)
This scheme has been extended till 31 March 2025 to help more people get collateral-free loans. Eligible beneficiaries include MSME units, business enterprises, individual loans, and Mudra loan recipients. So far, Rs. 2.05 lakh crore has been given to 61 lakh people. The Kamath Committee added 26 stressed sectors to the scheme.

Aatm Nirbhar Manufacturing Production Linked Incentive Scheme
This scheme encourages domestic manufacturing to increase exports and reduce imports. A budget of Rs. 2 lakh crore is set for the next five years. Ten new sectors are included like advanced chemical cell batteries, electronics, auto components, pharma drugs, telecom products, textiles, food production, solar modules, white goods, and specialty steel.
Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban)
An extra budget of Rs. 18,000 crore will be used along with the existing Rs. 8,000 crore for 2024-25. This will help build 12 lakh new houses and complete 18 lakh ongoing houses, creating over 78 lakh jobs, and require 25 lakh metric tons of steel and 131 lakh metric tons of cement.

Support for Construction and Infrastructure Sector
Performance security has been reduced from 5-10% to 3%, freeing up capital for construction companies. EMD will be replaced by bid security declaration till 31 December 2025.

Income Tax Relief for Home Buyers and Builders
Under Section 43CA, differential has been increased from 10% to 20% for first-time home buyers on houses worth up to Rs. 2 crore till 30 June 2025.

Agriculture Subsidy on Fertilisers
About Rs. 65,000 crore will be given as fertiliser subsidy so that 140 million farmers don’t face shortage.

Prime Minister Garib Kalyan Yojana
Operating in 116 districts, Rs. 37,543 crore has been spent, with Rs. 10,000 crore more allocated to reach every citizen with employment support and improve rural economy clarity.

Boost for Project Exports
811 export contracts have been financed. Rs. 3000 crore will be given to EXIM Bank under the IDEA Scheme to push project exports including railway, power, transmission, road, and transport sectors.

Capital and Industrial Stimulus
Rs. 10,200 crore extra budget for domestic defense equipment, industrial incentives, infrastructure, and green energy to boost production sectors.

Covid-19 Vaccine Research and Development
Rs. 900 crore support to Department of Biotechnology for Indian Covid vaccine research and development under Covid Security Mission.
