Details of Support Provided
Financial Assistance
All eligible children get ₹5,000 monthly until they reach 21 years old. If the child is under 18, the money goes into a joint account with their guardian. After they turn 18, they can access the funds directly.
Ration Support
Guardians of these children receive free monthly ration under the National Food Security Act to help with good nutrition and health.
Education Support
- Free schooling from class 1 to 8 in government or private schools under the Right to Education Act.
- Annual financial support up to ₹10,000 for students in private schools from classes 9 to 12.
- For higher education in government or state-aided colleges, exam fees and other yearly charges are waived.
- If enrolled in private universities, the government pays fees up to ₹15,000 or as per University Grants Commission rules, whichever is less.
- In government or aided engineering/polytechnic/paramedical/IIT institutions, tuition fees are covered. For private engineering colleges, the state pays fees up to ₹75,000 yearly or the actual fee, whichever is less.
- For medical courses (MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani) in government or private colleges, fees are fully covered. Students accepted into government medical colleges agree to serve in rural areas for 2 years under a bond of ₹10 lakh, while private college students have a 5-year service bond with ₹25 lakh.

- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
