Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar introduced this One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme to help businesses settle their old tax dues from before GST started. The scheme was open from January 1 to March 30, 2024. It gives traders and businesses a simpler, cheaper way to pay their pre-GST taxes by removing interest and penalties on some taxes.
Along with this, the Chief Minister also announced the start of a GST Training Institute in Gurugram to support better GST compliance.

- For undisputed tax dues, you can pay the full amount without any extra charges.
- If your disputed tax is below Rs 50 lakh, you only need to pay 30% of the unpaid tax.
- If your tax dues are less than Rs 10 lakh, you must pay the full amount in one payment by March 30.
- If your dues are between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 25 lakh, you can pay in two installments of 52% each.
- For dues above Rs 25 lakh, payment can be made in three installments over 90-day periods: 40%, then 30%, then 30%.
