Who Can Apply?
General Category
- Must be above 18 years old; partnerships should have valid contracts.
- Indian citizens and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are allowed unless government rules say otherwise.
- Only one plot per applicant; if you or your family members have already been given a plot or flat under YEIDA schemes, you cannot apply.
- Joint applications are accepted only for immediate family members with proof.
- Spouses can both apply, but if both get plots, one must give up their plot within one month.

- Industrial businesses or their authorized directors or partners related to land acquired by YEIDA or in Jewar Airport areas can apply.
