Punyakoti Dattu Yojana Karnataka 2025
The Karnataka Government started a special scheme called Punyakoti Dattu Yojana on July 28, 2024. This scheme focuses on caring for cows and protecting native breeds. Many local cow breeds are at risk because some farmers abandon them or due to illegal cattle killing. This program invites you, the public, to help take care of cows and support goshalas (cow shelters) to become self-reliant or “Atma-nirbhar.”
