This scholarship’s main goal is to help orphans, children of armed forces and paramilitary forces personnel who died in action, and those whose parents died because of COVID-19. Scholarship Amount under AICTE Swanath Scholarship 2025
Each year, Rs 50,000 is given to 2,000 students (1,000 diploma and 1,000 degree students). Diploma students can get this for up to 3 years, degree students for up to 4 years if admitted in the first year. If you join in higher years, the duration reduces accordingly. You can use the money for college fees, buying a computer, books, stationery, software, or equipment. It does not cover hostel or treatment costs.

Important Rules for AICTE Swanath Scholarship 2025
- AICTE manages and monitors this scheme
- Applications open once a year via the National Scholarship Portal
- Incomplete applications will be rejected
- Aadhar number is needed to apply
- If you fail or leave your studies, the scholarship stops
- CGPA is converted using a factor of 9.5 to get the percentage
- If there are payment errors due to wrong bank details, complaints accepted only up to 6 months after merit list publication
